FMCS is a premiere conflict-resolution and workplace-effectiveness organization. Kayla and Emily will share insights on navigating group dynamics to effectively problem-solve and make decisions. Attendees will learn how to make conflict work through three factors: people, process, and issue, to learn and implement the three “C’s:” communication, collaboration, and consensus, and finally to understand the neuroscience of conflict – the role of perceptions and biases.
