Insomnia impacts over 30% of adults in the U.S., which can translate into a potentially tired and less productive workforce. CBTi has been established by the Annals of Internal Medicine to be the first-line treatment for insomnia. Maggie has completed several trainings with specialists in the field of insomnia, and has provided numerous group and individual workshops for CBTi. These services have been successfully implemented into EA programs. Members will learn the basics of CBTi, how it can be helpful for employees, resources for referrals, and research behind the treatment.
